STORE POLICIES & TERMS OF SERVICE

By using the Stagecoach Shootin' Irons website (stagecoachsi.com) or utilizing our in-store services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by all Store Policies, Terms, and Conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before completing a transaction.

1. Order Cancellation Fees

When you place an order on stagecoachsi.com, we incur processing costs and invest administrative time in preparing your fulfillment order immediately. As such:

  • Cancellation Before Processing: A 10% administrative cancellation fee applies to all orders canceled before distributor or store processing occurs.
  • Cancellation After Processing: If an order is canceled after processing or packaging, you are responsible for the original shipping costs, return shipping fees, any carrier Return to Shipper (RTS) fees, and a 20% restocking fee. No refunds are issued until the product is physically back in our inventory.

To request a cancellation, you must email info@stagecoachsi.com. Cancellations are only valid when confirmed in writing by our staff. Requests are handled Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, taking up to 2 business days.

2. Online Pricing, Descriptions & Accuracy

  • Stock Availability: Live data syncs across nationwide networks, meaning multiple customers may order a limited-stock item simultaneously. Orders are fulfilled sequentially based on completion. Out-of-stock items will be fully canceled and promptly refunded.
  • Errors & Inaccuracies: We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices on our site are error-free. Our legal guarantee is limited to ensuring you receive the item matching the exact manufacturer **UPC number** you ordered. It is your responsibility to verify technical details with the manufacturer before ordering.
  • Right to Correct: Stagecoach Shootin' Irons reserves the right to cancel orders, limit sales quantity, or adjust incorrect pricing at our sole discretion.

3. Firearm Transfers & In-Store Pickup Fees

Stagecoach Shootin' Irons provides secure, licensed incoming firearm transfer support for local area residents:

  • ✓ Transfer Fee: Our standard processing fee is $35 per firearm or regulated item.
  • ✓ Pickup Timeline: You have 10 calendar days from store notification to pick up your transferred item.
  • ✓ Storage Fees: Transfers left unclaimed after 10 days accrue a storage fee of $10 per item, per day for up to 30 days.
  • ✓ Abandoned Property: After 30 days of non-pickup, items are legally classified as abandoned property and ownership transfers completely to Stagecoach Shootin' Irons.
  • ✓ Identification Requirements: Illinois residents must provide a valid, active FOID card alongside a government-issued photo ID matching their legal address. All buyers must comply completely with state waiting periods and federal ATF background tracking.

4. Shipping Protection & Risk of Loss

  • Standard Shipping: Risk of loss shifts to the buyer upon handover to the commercial carrier. Standard options do not cover loss, transit damage, or porch theft. Buyers assume responsibility for filing shipping carrier claims.
  • Insured Shipping: Upgraded insured options cover in-transit package damage, loss, or theft. CRITICAL: If a firearm arrives damaged, you must refuse the transfer at the FFL counter. Completing the background check and accepting the transfer voids transit insurance protections.
  • Non-Firearm Shipments: Accessories, gear, and optics cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. They must ship directly to verified credit card billing addresses. High-value optics require direct signature confirmation upon delivery.

5. Returns, Warranties & Used Items

All sales are final. New retail items are protected by comprehensive manufacturer warranties. Defective new products must be sent straight to the manufacturer for replacement or processing. Used firearms are sold strictly "As-Is" with no warranties, mechanical guarantees, or return windows expressed or implied by our shop.

6. Chargebacks, Arbitration & Class Actions

Fraudulent or bad-faith credit card chargebacks will be aggressively pursued through credit reporting networks, independent third-party collection agencies, and local law enforcement channels. Any collection costs or administrative merchant fees accrued during a dispute will be added to the customer liability balance. All users waive their right to join class-action litigation or seek jury trials, agreeing to resolve disputes exclusively through binding legal arbitration.

7. Legal Jurisdiction & Venue Consent

This agreement and all business interactions with Stagecoach Shootin' Irons are governed completely by the laws of the State of Illinois. You explicitly consent to exclusive personal jurisdiction and legal venue within the court systems of Jo Daviess County, Illinois, or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, explicitly waiving any claims to out-of-state legal venues.

8. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stagecoach Shootin' Irons, its owners, agents, and manufacturing affiliates from any civil liabilities, damages, legal fees, regulatory actions, or physical injuries arising straight from your purchase, ownership, configuration, or structural use of any products, 3D-printed parts, ammunition, or firearms sourced from this platform.
